ApartX is included in the official register of digital platforms maintained by the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This grants the company the right to submit tax reports on behalf of users who operate under the platform employment model. Importantly, landlords do not sign individual agreements with the tax authorities — all interaction takes place via the platform.

The system automates tax filing for users providing services or performing work through online platforms and mobile applications. To use the service, one must register as an individual entrepreneur and choose the special tax regime. The tax rate is just 1%, similar to the e-Salyq Business system. After registering in the app, users enter their monthly income, and the system calculates taxes and related payments (pension contributions, mandatory health insurance, etc.), offering direct payment through the service.

Our solution simplifies life for those who want to rent out their property officially but don't want to deal with the complexities of tax law. ApartX automates the entire process — from registration to tax payment. Our fee is only 3% of the tax amount — that is, 3% of 1%, making us one of the most affordable services on the market. Monthly reporting via the platform is equivalent to filing a declaration, so users don’t need to report separately,” said Kanat Keldibekov, founder of ApartX.
