Finalists will become recipients of valuable prizes and full grants to the new innovative university, inVision U, in the city of Almaty, as revealed by Arsen Tomsky, CEO of inDrive, to President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev at the Plenary Session of the international forum Digital Bridge.
"Zhambyl IT Hub and InDrive are taking a big step towards the development of education and support for young talents in Kazakhstan. Our joint work aims to promote leadership and project activities among young people, inspiring them to create and implement their projects to address social issues in the Zhambyl region," said Saltanat Teleuova, regional manager of Astana Hub in the Zhambyl region.
The Beginit program is focused on promoting the regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan as spaces for talent realization, education, and the realization of professional and entrepreneurial potential.
"Zhambyl region is the homeland of outstanding leaders in science and sports, literature, and journalism. Once, Baluan Sholak was born here, who made a significant cultural contribution not only to his region but to the entire country. He was followed, listened to, and admired to this day. A social leader is someone who can change reality and positively influence changes. We are confident that our program will help identify social leaders who will represent not only their region but will make themselves known to the whole world," noted Elena Tropinova, head of the Beginit by inDrive project, during a press conference.
