The International Center for Artificial Intelligence alem.ai hosted the Open Day for the sixth cohort of AI’preneurs, Astana Hub’s international accelerator program designed to create and develop artificial intelligence startups.
The event brought together aspiring entrepreneurs, developers, professionals from various industries, and others interested in building their own AI products. Guests learned about the opportunities offered by the program’s sixth cohort, the acceleration stages, and the selection criteria. They also had the opportunity to ask questions to the organizers and AI’preneurs alumni.
Tanat Uskenbayev, Managing Director of Astana Hub, delivered the welcoming remarks. He emphasized the program’s importance in fostering technology entrepreneurship and creating promising AI products.
Ashimbek Abilgazinov, Director of the Business Programs Office at Astana Hub, presented the sixth cohort of AI’preneurs and outlined the key stages of the acceleration process. Participants learned how candidates are selected, teams are formed, product and business hypotheses are validated, MVPs are developed, and engagement with initial customers is established.
One of the highlights of the event was the panel discussion titled “Life Before and After AI’preneurs.” Program alumni shared their accelerator experience and spoke about team building, product development, and the subsequent growth of their startups.
The Open Day concluded with a networking session, during which guests spoke with representatives of Astana Hub, the program organizers, and alumni, exchanged contacts, and discussed ideas for future projects.
