According to her, the forum will host the national stage of the FIRST Tech Challenge, where winners will earn the opportunity to represent Kazakhstan in international competitions. The event will also feature a drone football league, adding an exciting dimension to the forum’s activities.

One of the key highlights of the forum will be the Industry AI Battle, a startup competition focused on AI and digital transformation. Participants will compete for a $60,000 prize fund and additional grants from forum partners.

“The traditional Startup Alley will showcase over 80 cutting-edge innovation projects, providing thousands of guests, including investors, a chance to explore fresh ideas emerging from Kazakhstan,” Akhmetova stated.

The robotics zone will present a diverse range of robots already in use at Kazakhstani enterprises. Last year, with the support of the MDDIAI, a Robotics Center was established in Almaty. Visitors to the exhibition will have the chance to explore these groundbreaking technologies up close.

The Managing Director of the Park of Innovative Technologies, one of the key organizers of the forum, concluded that Digital Almaty 2025 represents the culmination of Kazakhstan’s innovations, achievements, and ongoing projects, solidifying its role as a regional leader in technological advancement.
