During the forum, the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan signed memorandums with leading international companies, including Freedom Bank Kazakhstan, Yandex Qazaqstan, Binance and 3D Global Limited, as well as several national organizations such as Samruk-Energo JSC. These agreements are aimed at developing digital finance and modernizing the country’s digital infrastructure.
One of the key events was the agreement between the international innovation cluster Astana Hub and the Chinese company UNITREE, a global leader in robotics. The parties agreed to establish a specialized robotics laboratory in Astana based at the Alem.ai Artificial Intelligence Center.
Another landmark event of the forum was the partnership between Astana Hub and the global analytics platform StartupBlink. For the first time, Kazakhstan ranked first among Central Asian countries in the Global Startup Ecosystem Index 2025, and Astana Hub received the prestigious title of Top Startup Hub in Central Asia. The parties agreed to jointly develop the startup ecosystem, exchange expertise and promote Kazakh technology companies internationally.
In total, Astana Hub signed seven memorandums during Digital Bridge 2025. Among them was a cooperation agreement with Türkiye’s Habitat Association, which leads GEN Türkiye and is part of the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN Global), uniting 178 countries. This agreement provides for knowledge sharing, support for entrepreneurs and expanded collaboration between the innovation ecosystems of Kazakhstan and Türkiye, opening new international markets for startups. A memorandum was also signed with the Zhumabek Akhmetuly Tashenov University, which will provide students with access to the Astana Hub ecosystem, participation in startup support programs and opportunities to develop practical skills.
Another important event was the signing of an agreement between Biometric.Vision, a participant of Astana Hub, and inDrive, a global platform for transport and urban services. The partnership enables inDrive to integrate advanced AI and computer vision solutions. These technologies will serve not only as tools for ensuring safety but also as a driver of innovative development across the entire platform.
