In total, more than 150 people took part in the large-scale regional forum. The aim of the project is to increase the number of young people working in the field of technology and open the way for them to develop their own business. The speakers of the forum taught how to use AI, how to earn money working on the internet. 

«We want to turn women's minds in a different direction.We want them to learn how to make money online and in the digital sphere. For this purpose, we invited strong speakers to Aktau. Mangystau has a large number of young people, entrepreneurs, digitally literate people who want to develop the IT industry, and we want their number to grow», - Aziza Shuzhayeva, chairman of the board of the non-profit organization Technowomen, founder of Digital Transformation PF, said.

The participants were informed about the structure of the Astana Hub ecosystem, about the available and necessary programs and courses. The joint project "it-Aiel" with Technowomen introduced women to digital skills and the opportunity to train freelancers for free online in order to help them achieve financial stability, and last year's finalist Aliya Orazymbetova shared how the program helped develop her project. In addition, future trends in AI and the basics of application in work were discussed.
