Apple is preparing a project to develop mobile robots using artificial intelligence to replace a closed project for the production of an electric car. This is reported by Bloomberg.

According to Bloomberg, robotics is becoming one of the important areas of Apple's work. At the moment, the project is at the initial stage of development, but it is already being tested at the company's headquarters in Cupertino. Presumably, these robots will be able to follow users and help with household chores.

Information about working on home robots appeared back in 2019. At that time, Ford's current top manager, Doug Field, was in charge of the project.
