Receiving dozens of applications from other cities, the Solva Technology team made an important decision: Laboratory 3.0 is moving to an online format, while maintaining its essence - practical training in combat missions with mentoring support and a career goal.

Now novice IT specialists from all over the country can take internships. Basic knowledge is enough, and then full immersion in the profession in mini-groups in practice.

Going online has significantly reduced the cost of participation, while participants still receive the same practical knowledge, mentor support, and market entry with a strong practical background.

The online format has become the main one.Instead of waiting for offline recruitment, anyone from Kazakhstan can complete an internship remotely. We have created a flexible format that can be easily combined with work or study.

The offline format remained in the form of a PRO-group.For those who want to train in an office in Almaty and get a guaranteed job, the PRO group remains — this is 3 months of intensive training for 40 hours a week.

Internship in a mini-group on real—world tasks, such as artificial tasks - you work with cases that are close to the conditions of a real IT team.

Mentors from existing teams are accompanied by experienced developers: seniors and team leaders with a focus on real skills, code reviews and feedback.

The program was developed by the IT team of Solva Technology, the development center of Solva Group Ltd. and a member of Astana Hub, based on real-world experience in FinTech and web development.
