In the period from June 11 to July 4, the Kyzylorda Hub hosted a basic Game Development training program called Level Up. This initiative was implemented jointly with the Game Dev Center, Unicef Kazakhstan and GameLab KBTU, in order to popularize and develop the game development industry in the regions Kazakhstan.

The Level Up program gathered 14 participants from Kyzylords, who received intensive training in the basics of game development, took part in workshops and worked on creating their own game projects. The final stage of the program was the republican demo day, where teams from Kyzylorda presented three unique projects.

Submitted projects

Bauyrsaq is a Kazakh– style arcade game that immerses players in a vibrant and unique setting. In this game , users will have to score points and complete levels, enjoying the authentic atmosphere and the spirit of Kazakh culture.

Garyshtyk kozkaras is an exciting VR game in which players become space heroes. The task is to shoot down meteorites in the vast expanses of space, testing your control skills and reaction in an exciting race against time.

Business Scape is a game that tells the story of two friends who start their startup from scratch. Players go from a garage business to an international corporation, overcoming various stages of development and business challenges.

Future plans
