Below is a brief overview of the cases when we created portals for an individual project from scratch.

In 2020, due to the pandemic, almost all institutions and businesses were forced to suddenly close their doors and switch to online work.

The National Bank could not stop its work, nor could it stop working with suppliers.

We developed our own procurement portal for the National Bank as soon as possible, and the National Bank switched to electronic procurement. The National Bank continued to make purchases on its own portal, and people retained their jobs. The business continued to participate in purchases, make supplies and earn money in the difficult conditions of the pandemic.

Qarmet JSC is a full-fledged mining and metallurgical complex with a complex organizational structure. 

We researched the subject area and analyzed the processes of all departments — this was the most difficult part of the project, because each department has its own procurement processes. As a result, the work of various departments and commissions was transferred to an electronic format.

Server hardware was selected, configured and implemented specifically for this project. This means complete customization, independence, and information security. 

Now Qarmet conducts purchases on its own portal with its own IT infrastructure. 

We started the project by studying KazAgro's procurement rules. We have attracted analysts and programmers, and adapted the portal to the holding's procurement processes. Then we prepared the server hardware and implemented the software. The system was ready to receive applications from suppliers from the first day of launch.

In 2020, the organization became part of the Baiterek Holding. As a quasi-governmental company, Baiterek JSC is currently conducting purchases on the Eurasian Electronic Portal.

We are implementing ready-made cloud systems, for example, the Eurasian electronic portal or an electronic document management system. At the initial stage of implementation, we provide methodological support, study business processes and procurement rules in order to adapt the portal to work specifically in your specific company.

During implementation, we make sure to set up the portal and train the staff to work. We help you publish your first ads and sign contracts with suppliers.

MITWORK operates using the customer-oriented Scrum methodology. Thanks to modern IT processes within the company, we are able to quickly respond to changes in legislation and quickly refine the system so that customers do not experience inconveniences or delays.

We provide a dedicated technical support manager for each individual customer. The manager understands the procurement processes of the company assigned to him, the portal settings and can quickly resolve customer issues.

A responsible manager helps you understand the system in a short time and will guide you from registering on the portal to concluding a contract with a supplier. Thanks to individual technical support, customers do not have to wait in line and receive prompt answers to their questions.

The training includes group seminars for both private and quasi-public companies. Seminars can be attended by several companies or only for one customer, for example, the tender department of a particular company. 

We prepare a plan for each seminar, taking into account the procurement processes and current procurement rules. The trainers demonstrate the portal, analyze work cases, and set aside time to answer questions.

Thanks to the training, participants can get used to the new functionality, and beginners can learn e—procurement from scratch.
