Government agencies with high document flow are increasingly faced with the need to speed up and automate processes without losing compliance with strict regulations. One of our clients, a large government organization , has asked for the task of optimizing the preparation of official documents, reducing the labor costs of employees and providing support for two languages, including professional terminology.

In response to this request, the EvoType solution developed by Evo Tech was implemented. The system converts spoken speech into text and automatically generates documents by filling in the required fields in the customer's information system. The application is adapted to the internal standards of government document management and takes into account the specifics of the industry, including linguistic diversity and the structure of standard forms.

 As a result of the project, the document preparation time was reduced to 60 percent, the workload on employees was reduced, and the accuracy of data entry was improved due to the built-in linguistic correction. The solution has been scaled to other departments and has proven its effectiveness in conditions of high information flow and quality requirements.
