On August 5, 2024, in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk, the non-profit organization "TechnoWomen" held a vibrant and large-scale training titled "TechnoWomen Ust-Kamenogorsk: How to make a living using AI?" which gathered more than 150 girls and women. Participants received free training in data analytics, business creation, digital transformation of small and medium-sized businesses, and learned how to adapt their projects to modern realities and use artificial intelligence for career growth.

One of the key moments was the speech by Didar Muratuly, community manager of Oskemen Hub. He spoke about the support for startups and innovations in the region, as well as the hub's opportunities for entrepreneurs. Oskemen Hub actively organizes events and mentorship programs, helping young businesses strengthen their position in the market and grow.

The training became a unique opportunity for women striving not only to launch their own businesses but also to make a significant contribution to the development of the region's economy by using new technologies and artificial intelligence.
