AI Speech Analytics services in Kazakhstan

We are developing the AICA speech analytics platform for users, companies and SMEs. We are transcribing, analyzing telephone conversations, and implementing speech analytics to analyze communications! All services run on the basis of neural networks and artificial intelligence, using STT and LLM models implemented both on their own servers and on third -party services such as OpenAI, Gemeni, DeepSeek, etc.

For the last six months, our small team has been working on this project, fully committed, both on weekdays and on weekends, and instead of resting. Now, we already have ready-made solutions, and we continue to refine and improve them.

Our services:

- Speech analytics for business – analysis of conversations at points of sale and service, within companies and divisions, between employees and customers. 

- Telephone conversation analysis service – for call centers and SMEs

- Text transcription (audio to text translation) - for users

The services are not perfect, but we are improving them by adding important features and making them as close as possible to the needs of customers.

Now our services translate audio into text in seconds and minutes, analyze data, evaluate employee performance, identify conversation topics, extract keywords, evaluate context, perform in-depth analysis, identify areas for development, and make recommendations for improving business processes, customer service, and increasing sales.

AICA services for B2B are customized to the customer's specifics and requests. Evaluation and analysis, recommendations and reports are generated according to the business requirements of the customer.

The transcription service is already used by more than 3,000 people.

We are currently conducting pilots on the implementation of a telephone conversation analysis service with a large energy company in Kazakhstan (up to 25 thousand calls per month), a network of medical centers (in Almaty and Astana), an educational platform and MFIs.

Negotiations are underway to introduce speech analytics into a large Kazakh bank, conduct a pilot with a mobile operator, a large national holding company, etc. Different customers and clients have their own requests for speech analytics, but there are already arrays of raw data that hide unrealized opportunities, optimization, and data to improve company performance, customer service, and increase sales and revenue.   

Currently, there are no similar solutions on the market that are both easy to use, affordable, and can be implemented in 1 day.
