The Technowomen Kyzylorda Regional Forum brought together many women in Kyzylorda who are interested in technology, digital transformation and entrepreneurship. The organizers were the Kyzylorda Hub and the NGO TechnoWomen, aiming at inspiring and educating women in these important areas. The forum was attended by speakers such as Aziza Shuzheeva, Chairman of the Board of TechnoWomen NGO and founder of Digital Transformation, Dana Abdrasheva, Vice-rector of Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University. They discussed projects on the development of artificial intelligence and stressed the importance of women's contribution to this field.

The presentations of other speakers were diverse and covered a wide range of topics:

• Gulzira Bekkalieva is a member of the NGO TechnoWomen and the head of the Women's Center She spoke about the development of leadership skills among women and the opening of new opportunities.
• Jess Kim is a professor at Seoul National University of Science and Technology and the director of the LUPIC project shared the trends in the field of artificial intelligence for young people.
• Bikesh Kurmangalieva is a member of the Board of the NGO TechnoWomen and the head of the Center the development of the digital economy, highlighted the topic of the work of the future in the age of AI.
• Makpal Orazkyzy, CEO and founder of the IT company MacDent LLP, shared her story of creating a successful startup with a millionth turnover.
• Nurlan Kulmurzaev, Director of the Institute of Artificial Intelligence at Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University, presented effective tools for creating the image of an AI expert.

Special attention was paid to the active development of the IT community among girls in the Kyzylorda region. Programs such as IT-Aiel, She-commerce and Tech girl play a key role in training and developing digital skills among women.

The Forum was a significant step in supporting and promoting women in the technology sector, providing them with the necessary knowledge and motivation for a successful career in the digital world.
