Hi! I am Timur, I am 24 years old, and I am proud to lead Shymkent Hub, the heart of the IT community in Shymkent. My passion is to create innovative products and nurture a new generation. IT entrepreneurs.

My way into IT

My journey into the world of technology began with the creation of the startup iNomad, a travel tech tour booking service. We became one of the first in Kazakhstan, who developed the application in three languages. About 400 tourists have discovered new horizons through our platform, and we have even become partners of the Kazakhstan Travel marketplace.

But I'm not limited to startups. I am actively involved in the development of the IT sector in Shymkent. We held the first large-scale IT conference in the history of the city with GDG and created an association of IT companies. And I also had a hand in the development of projects such as Aist, Daryn online, Paraq news Ai and others.

Shymkent Hub: More than just a hub

Today Shymkent Hub is not just a place of work, it is my mission. We organize events, support startups, train, inspire and unite the Shymkent IT community. We strive to turn our city into the IT capital of Kazakhstan, and I believe that we will succeed.

Achievements and lessons learned

I am proud that I have managed to create products that really help people. iNomad has opened up new opportunities for travelers, and Shymkent Hub has become a platform for development and growth IT specialists.

The main lesson I learned from my experience is the importance of communication and collaboration. It is impossible to achieve success alone in the IT field . You need to be able to listen, hear and find common ground with different people.

Goals and dreams

My goal is to make Shymkent Hub the best IT hub in the world Kazakhstan. I dream that Shymkent will become a center of attraction for talented IT specialists from all over the country.
