Omni-channel is the principle by which it is possible to combine the entire user experience. The main advantage of this approach is the ability to switch between different channels

We are developing a product that we use ourselves and 4 million of our compatriots, so it is important for us to make cool features.

  • Collection, analysis and formalization of functional requirements based on business requirements;
  • Conducting an interview with process participants to clarify business requirements;
  • Formation of technical specifications and test plans, instructions for users and developers;
  • Construction of architectural models, process diagrams, use cases (BPMN, UML);
  • Updating of operational documentation;
  • Participation in functional testing and acceptance tests;
  • Setting tasks for developers in JIRA;
  • Documenting design decisions in Confluence;
  • Designing/Testing REST/SOAP API (JSON, XML);
  • Support of planned work on product upgrade, commissioning, decommissioning;
  • Identification of bottlenecks in processes, products and preparation of proposals for their elimination.


  • Higher technical education or secondary technical education and extensive experience in system analysis;
  • Product development experience (important)
  • Analytical thinking (there will be a test of logic tasks);
  • A systematic approach to the task at hand;
  • Multitasking:
  • Experience in the preparation of technical documentation (homework will be given for the development of technical specifications);
  • Knowledge of IT is desirable/Telecom Systems;
  • Understanding the principles of software development;
  • Working with application programming interfaces API;
  • Experience in software development;
  • Experience in writing SQL queries;
  • Experience working with RabbitMQ/Kafka queue brokers;
  • Participation in projects to launch financial services;
  • Experience in writing technical tasks;
  • Understanding the language spoken by developers and technical engineers;
  • Has at least 2 years of experience in project management, IT, telecom, or automation of control systems;
  • Knows how to use tools: Atlassian Confluence, Atlassian JIRA;
  • Knows English at the Upper-Intermediate level (it is desirable to provide the results of an online test), can communicate freely with foreign suppliers;
  • Knows how to use Agile/SCRUM methodology.
