Brief description of the vacancy

SuperApp is a cool project, the architecture of which is designed with a foundation for the future. The application has more than 4 million users.

By tasks:

• Conduct all scrum events;
• Work with business customers;
• Keep your finger on the pulse of the product and be able to challenge the product owner by metrics;
• Coach the scrum team on the product approach;
• Facilitate events at the tribe level (SuperApp teams);
• Increase the team's process metrics;
• Conduct one-to-one meetings.

Hard skills:

• Higher education;
• Work experience in the field of project management for at least 1 year;
• Working with the Scrum team;
• Coaching and team facilitation;
• Organizing all mandatory Scrum events;
• Knowledge of product practices such as CustDev, USM, VSM, CJM;
• Knowledge of Atlassian JIRA, Atlassian Confluence;
• Good knowledge of infrastructure and architecture of IT/Telecom systems (preferably).
