Main requirements
By tasks:
- Conduct all scrum events;
- Work with business customers;
- Keep your finger on the pulse of the product and be able to challenge the product owner by metrics;
- Coach the scrum team on the product approach;
- Facilitate events at the tribe level (SuperApp teams);
- Increase the team's process metrics;
- Conduct one-to-one meetings.
Hard skills:
- Higher education;
- Work experience in the field of project management for at least 1 year;
- Working with the Scrum team;
- Coaching and team facilitation;
- Organizing all mandatory Scrum events;
- Knowledge of product practices such as CustDev, USM, VSM, CJM;
- Knowledge of Atlassian JIRA, Atlassian Confluence;
- Good knowledge of infrastructure and architecture of IT/Telecom systems (preferably).
