Анализ и моделирование текущих бизнес-процессов предприятия, а также участие в построении процессов по управлению данными в компании.
Analysis and modeling of current business processes of the enterprise including: interviewing employees, analysis of available documentation, etc.;
Development and description of the main and auxiliary business processes of the company with the fixation of data objects (As Is);
GAP analysis of automated processes in information systems for compliance with the company's business processes, identification of a gap in business processes/data objects required and available in information systems;
Collection and analysis of requirements for the improvement of existing information systems;
Formation and coordination with stakeholders of the main and auxiliary processes (To Be);
Identification and coordination with stakeholders, understanding of business needs and necessary changes based on the results of the study of the state of As Is and coordination of the state of To Be;
Participation in the construction of data management processes in the company (data architecture, master/meta data, data quality, data integration and compatibility, data transformation, etc.).
At least 3 years of experience in the relevant position;
Knowledge of 1C:ERP system (NSI management, Planning, Provision of needs, Procurement, Warehouse and delivery, Production and repairs, Salary and Personnel management, Treasury, Non-current assets, Financial result and controlling, Regulated accounting, International Financial Accounting, Budgeting, Monitoring and analysis of enterprise performance indicators);
Work experience on large implementation and support projects (advantage – production, logistics, accounting, NSI) from 3 years as a business/system analyst, or work experience as a leading /chief analyst /consultant 1C:ERP;
Certificate 1C Specialist/1C Consultant Specialist/1C Professional:ERP will be an advantage;
Experience in writing high-quality project documentation;
Knowledge of DAMA - DMBOK data management methodologies, ability and desire to share knowledge and experience;
Ability to develop use cases, build logical data models;
Ability to find problems in processes/data and offer various solutions;
Excellent knowledge of BPMN, UML, task tracking systems (e.g. Jira), Wiki systems (e.g. Confluence).
