What we expect from the candidate

As a senior specialist in effective marketing - Programmatic Trader, you will lead our digital advertising team in the field of planning and conducting paid advertising campaigns in programmatics DPS. We are looking for highly qualified and experienced specialists. The candidate must have extensive experience in conducting programmatic advertising campaigns on various demand-driven platforms (DSP), such as Moloco, LiftOff, Iron Source and The Trade Desk. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in the field of data analysis and possess tools such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer and CM360.


Basic requirements (education, skills)

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field
At least 4-5 years of experience in effective marketing, in particular in managing software advertising campaigns on DSP, such as Moloco, LiftOff, Iron Source and The Trade Desk
Extensive experience in data analysis, extensive knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer and CM360
Deep understanding of digital marketing, advertising strategies and industry trends
Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with data privacy rules and their impact on digital advertising
Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with a diverse team
Attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
Ownership of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and project management tools
Previous experience of JIRA and Figma is a plus
Must be fluent in English. Additional languages are considered an important advantage


What to do (functional responsibilities)

Develop, conduct and optimize software advertising campaigns using leading DSPs such as Moloco, LiftOff, Iron Source and The Trade Desk
Analyze campaign performance data to optimize, improve targeting, and increase ROI
Perform continuous tracking, reporting and analysis of campaign data using tools such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer and CM360 to ensure optimal performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, sales, product, etc.) to coordinate campaign goals and strategies
Track industry trends and developments in the field of programmatic advertising, consistently implementing best practices
Maintain a deep understanding of the company's target audience, products offered and advertising goals
Make sure that the campaigns comply with the data privacy rules and company policy
