Main requirements
Responsibilities:
Responsible for field implementation management, including field subcontractor management, project progress, quantity, cost management, implementation documents.
Responsible for building the structure of the implementation department, including recruitment, training and management, responsible for achieving the implementation goal.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Communications, Computer Science, Project Management, MBA or equivalent.
With at least 3 years of experience in the field of organizational construction management. The advantage is the experience in project management, civil engineering, communications industry.
Speaks English well and can use it as a working language.
Be active and proactive, have a good sense of teamwork, strong communication and negotiation skills with clients, have good command of team leadership and management skills.
Have a spirit of dedication to work, hard work, health and adapt to business trips.
Having relevant work experience will be an advantage.
