Basic requirements (education, skills)
- Upper-intermediate level of spoken and written English to engage with a global talent pool;
- Experience in IT-recruitment is preferable but not obligatory;
- Understanding of technical skills, technologies, and terminologies;
- Ability for self-organization and time management;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates effectively.
What to do (functional responsibilities)
- Searching for candidates using various channels;
- Close cooperation with the entire recruitment team;
- Conducting pre-interviews with the candidates;
- Work on the candidate database;
- Keeping in touch with candidates at all stages until the employee receives a job offer
