Basic requirements (education, skills)

  • Upper-intermediate level of spoken and written English to engage with a global talent pool;
  • Experience in IT-recruitment is preferable but not obligatory;
  • Understanding of technical skills, technologies, and terminologies;
  • Ability for self-organization and time management;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates effectively. 

What to do (functional responsibilities)

  • Searching for candidates using various channels;
  • Close cooperation with the entire recruitment team;
  • Conducting pre-interviews with the candidates;
  • Work on the candidate database;
  • Keeping in touch with candidates at all stages until the employee receives a job offer
