Brief description of the vacancy

Software Development Project Manager with a team of developers for remote work with a client from Germany.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of developers, analysts, and marketers to deliver software aimed at efficiently processing and managing customer inquiries, proposals, and analytics.
  • Organizing the workflow and interaction within the team, as well as with external contractors and clients.
  • Planning the development and implementation of the project, controlling timelines, and quality of work.
  • Engaging with clients from Germany, analyzing requirements, and adapting the product to market needs.
  • Preparing and presenting project progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Managing the team's work using Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum, with planning and conducting sprints in Jira.
  • Recruiting, hiring, and managing a team of developers, testers, system architects, and specialists as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Higher education in information technology, project management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing IT projects, including experience in forming and managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Advanced knowledge in software development, database management, and version control systems.
  • Experience with analytical tools and reporting systems.
  • Proficiency in English at an Advanced level. Knowledge of German will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and interact with teams and clients from different countries.
  • Skills in negotiation, project presentation.
  • Deep knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, experience working with Jira and Confluence.
  • Ability to effectively search for and attract talented specialists to the team, as well as experience in organizing team work and motivating employees.
