Lead Generation specialist/ Sales Assistant

Brief description of the vacancy

We are looking for Lead Generation Specialist / Sales Assistant to join our team.

Basic requirements (education, skills)

  • Experience in related field is preferable but not obligatory;
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English (B2+);
  • Ability to build rapport in a professional setting, excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Knowledge of lead generation tools is preferable but not obligatory;
  • Accurateness, stress resistance, adaptability, readiness for monotonous tasks.

What to do (functional responsibilities)

  • Conducting thorough research on potential customers to understand their needs, pain points, and how our services can address them effectively;
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential customers through regular communication and providing relevant information about our services;
  • Working with CRM: creating and developing a database, keeping track of all interactions with potential customers and updating relevant information in the CRM;
  • Coordinating calls, meetings, and communications between sales managers and customers;
  • Assisting in developing sales and marketing initiatives.
