Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key clients, including universities, medical schools, and colleges in international markets.
  • Create and manage a team of sales managers.
  • Participate in international exhibitions, conferences and other events as needed to represent the company and promote our products and services.
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date sales forecasting and day-to-day management systems.
  • Keep in constant contact with senior management on sales figures and market forecasts through direct and CRM reports.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Russian; knowledge of additional languages such as Hindi, Chinese, Arabic, Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Higher education in business or marketing.
  • Medical education or sales experience in the medicines or pharmacy sector is an advantage.
  • He has at least 5 years of experience in international sales and at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, office and teleconference applications, and project management programs.
  • Proven track record of success in increasing international sales of a technology or healthcare company.
