Lead Generation Specialist / Sales Assistant

Brief Description
DigitalTeam is hiring! We are looking for Lead Generation Specialist / Sales Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities

Conducting thorough research on potential customers to understand their needs, pain points, and how our services can address them effectively.
Building and maintaining relationships with potential customers through regular communication and providing relevant information about our services.
Working with CRM: creating and developing a database, keeping track of all interactions with potential customers and updating relevant information in the CRM.
Coordinating calls, meetings, and communications between sales managers and customers.
Assisting in developing sales and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Experience in outsourcing/outstaffing IT companies as a lead generator or sales manager (Kazakh market).
Knowledge of lead generation tools.
Excellent level of written and spoken English (upper intermediate / advanced).
Ability to build rapport in a professional setting, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
