Short description

We are looking for a talented and energetic intern developer who is ready to immerse himself in real-world development. This hands-on role will give you invaluable experience working with our entire technology stack, working on features that our customers use every day.

Our modern technology stack

• Frontend: React with Vite (for lightning-fast development and hot swapping of modules)
• Backend: Python FastAPI (creating high-performance, easily documented REST APIs)
• Database: PostgreSQL (industry standard relational database)
• Development: Git, GitHub Actions, containerization and modern CI/CD practices

What you will be doing (real work, not routine)

• Create and implement real-world features that customers use
• Work with our entire stack: React frontend, FastAPI endpoints, and database queries
• Collaborate with experienced engineers through pair programming and code review
• Participate in an agile development process with sprint planning and demonstrations
• To offer ideas that form the roadmap of our product
• To study modern development practices that are not taught in educational institutions

Who are we looking for

• A CS/engineering student or a self-taught student with provable skills
• Familiarity with at least one of the technologies: JavaScript, React, Python or SQL
• A problem solver who likes to figure things out on his own.
• A person who is able to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
• Someone who takes responsibility for their work and brings it to the end.
• A clear communicator who is not afraid to ask questions

Additional advantages (but absolutely optional)

• Previous experience with React, Vite, FastAPI or PostgreSQL
• A GitHub profile with personal or educational projects
• Experience with RESTful API (creation or use)
• Understanding the basic principles of database design
• Introduction to TypeScript or typing in Python
• Interest in software architecture and design patterns

Internship Details

• 3-month program with the possibility of extension
• Flexible schedule (20-40 hours per week)
