Astana Hub for the implementation of work on the information system announces the search for a gamification expert.

What we expect

• formulation of hypotheses on gamification, analysis of involvement and results of experiments. 

Basic requirements (education, skills)

• Higher education; 
• Experience in developing internal currency; 
• Experience in developing economic models of savings; 
• Experience in developing and implementing gamification models; 
• Good communication ability

Duties

• Develop a system of internal currency; 
• Formulate hypotheses; 
• Testing hypotheses through experiments; 
• Development of a mathematical model; 
• Develop an MVP to pilot gamification and test hypotheses; 
• Conduct working meetings with the working group.
