- Analysis of the concept of "innovation" for Kazakhstan. Meeting with stakeholders;
- Analysis of the current methodologies of international indices of innovative development;
- Data analysis, identification of deviations, analysis of cause-and-effect relationships and the influence of indicators on each other;
- Development of recommendations for adapting world methods for assessing the level of innovation development to Kazakhstani realities;
- Conducting a SWOT analysis;
- Preparation of an analytical report.
