  • Higher education;
  • Experience as a Project and Program Manager;
  • Good analytical skills. 

Functional duties

  • Familiarization with the materials of the existing industry centers of technological competence of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • Assessment of existing industry centers of technological competencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • Analysis of the feasibility of opening new industry centers of technological competence in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  • Data analysis, identification of deviations, analysis of cause-and-effect relationships and the influence of indicators on each other;
  • Preparation of analytical reports and recommendations
