What we expect from the candidate

  • Identification of business requirements and needs, analysis, documentation of these requirements and transfer of requirements to the development team.

Basic requirements (education, skills)

  • Selection criteria:

     • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other relevant field;

    • A Master's degree in computer science will be an advantage;

    • Relevant professional certifications and/or qualifications will be an advantage (SCRUM/AGILE/PMP);

    • A confirmed portfolio of projects with demonstrated relevant documents will be an advantage.

      Minimal Experience:

  • more than 5 years of experience in the field of OT-systems analysis (including more than 2 years of analysis of state OT-systems)

What to do (functional responsibilities)

  • Analysis, validation and verification of requirements, as well as verification that the formulations of requirements are complete, consistent, concise, understandable, traceable, doable, unambiguous and verifiable;
  • Identification of requirements through interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, competitive product analysis, task and workflow analysis, and/or requirements meetings;
  • Collection and analysis of the project's business requirements and their transfer to the development team;
  • Development of system guidelines and manuals;
  • Communication of relevant information to the company's management;
  • Review and/or preparation of system documentation and specifications;
  • Offering areas for improving internal processes, along with possible IT/business solutions;
  • Prioritization of requirements based on business value;
  • Managing requirements traceability information and tracking the status of requirements throughout the project;
  • Managing changes in requirements through the effective use of change control processes and tools;
  • Testing of the developed functionality;
  • If necessary, involvement in data analysis using SQL and other tools;
  • Other relevant responsibilities, if necessary.
