What to do (functional responsibilities)
- Ensuring uninterrupted operation of equipment and services;
Providing high-quality technical and service services to the customer; - Consulting users on the operation of software, computers and office equipment;

- System configuration on users' personal computers and laptops;
- Timely closing of applications.
