GenerGo is a technology startup in the field of renewable energy. We are creating a platform that uses geo-data analysis and artificial intelligence to help find the best locations for the hydrogen and other energy hubs of the future.

The project is at an early stage. We are looking for a project manager who will help structure the processes, synchronize the work of the team and accelerate the transition from idea to MVP.

Important:

You understand the principles of operation of industrial solar plants and/or wind farms.

We are looking for a chief manager in the Astana Hub Business Programs office to develop and launch acceleration and incubation programs, support startups and develop partnerships for their growth and market entry.

• Project and operational management, budget planning and KPI skills for at least 4 years;
• Experience working with startups, contractors, mentors, and experts, as well as organizing events, will be an advantage.;
• Communication skills, analytical thinking and result orientation;
• Knowledge of English and international acceleration practices will be an advantage.

Experience: at least 2 years as a Tech Lead / Lead Developer and at least 5 years in commercial backend development.SaaS & ERP expertise:
