Qualifications

·        Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

Doodocs is a Kazakhstani product company and an Astana Hub resident. Our platform, Doodocs People, covers a company’s entire HR cycle: onboarding, HR documents and e-signing (HR EDM), approval workflows, and integration with 1C ZUP and ESUTD. Hundreds of companies across Kazakhstan use it. This summer we’re launching the next generation of the platform and migrating all our clients to it, so we’re building a launch team.

What we’re looking for:

• 1+ year of experience implementing IT products
• Ability to break down someone else’s process into steps and ask the right questions (basic business analysis)

-Experience as a Chief Accountant in commercial organizations in the Republic of Kazakhstan (Individual Entrepreneurs and LLPs), or as an ERP system methodologist or consultant.

-Experience managing accounting for multiple legal entities.

-Knowledge of accounting legislation, the Labor Code, the Tax Code, and financial reporting standards.

-Proficiency in 1C or similar ERP accounting systems.

-Ability to understand the overall accounting logic and document end-to-end business processes (from source documents to financial statements).
