Main responsibility

Required Experience:

• Experience in carrier customer and network insight, target network planning, and marketing.
• Experience in E2E/cross-domain project operation, solution design, competition, contract design, and negotiation.

Key responsibilities:

1. Align with strategic business requirements, manage customer supply satisfaction, gain insight into customers' supply requirements, undertake relevant strategies of the account department, collaborate with customers, and develop and execute supply strategies of the account department. 2. Be responsible for contract supply availability, take the lead in designing supply clauses and negotiation strategies, and participate in contract bidding and negotiation.

Requirements:

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for tax calculation and filing of the Kazakhstan subsidiary, prepare and submit tax return accurately and timely, including but not limited to VAT, corporate income tax, WHT, property tax, and other tax compliance operations;
• Be responsible for the daily disclosure of data and documents to the tax authority, and proactively participate in the development and implementation of tax compliance assessment and improvement plans;
• Be responsible for End-to-End tax dispute management, including tax audit response, on-site tax audit, negotiation, and tax audit closure as well as improvement solution implementation;
• Fully involved in routine communication with tax authorities and be responsible to support company obtain the tax certainty;
• Proactively conduct insights into the tax environment, tax code change, and tax audit trends of a single country, forecast, and manage contingency plans, and resolve tax disputes in advance, support the implementation of tax solutions;
• Tax cash flow forecast, and tax asset management for efficient use of the asset;
• Support yearly accounting statutory audit;
• Be familiar with and comply with corporate tax processes and policies, and ensure the adaptation and implementation of the Group's overall solution in a single country.

Requirements

• Higher education in accounting and taxes;
• Work experience as a Tax manager/Chief accountant for at least 4 years, big four tax advisors preferred;
• Be eligible for the experience of tax filling (VAT, CIT , WHT, Property tax);
• Deep understanding of the Tax Code especially for Kazakhstan tax code, China/Hong Kong&Kazakhstan double tax agreement;
• Knowledge of Local accounting and IFRS Accounting standards;

Requirements:

1. Prepare the regular project progress report (customer/subcontractor) according to the requirements of the project phase plan.
2. Prepare a summary of the construction management aspects of the project (Construction period, quality, operation of the whole system)

Responsibilities：

1. Be responsible for wireless engineering delivery. Be responsible for the delivery of 2G/3G/4G/5G and OMC wireless products. Serve as the technical service engineer for engineering project delivery. Be able to handle various basic technical problems.

2. Be responsible for wireless maintenance engineers, perform maintenance and fault analysis on 2G/3G/4G/5G and OMC wireless products, and support routine maintenance, fault locating, and troubleshooting of traditional wireless products to ensure network security.
