"In the context of digitalization, it is important to develop the skills of employees in all areas of business. Firstly, this helps to achieve the necessary level of competitiveness of personnel in the labor market, to more effectively adapt them to new conditions. Secondly, taking these courses and mastering such skills will provide the use of new digital opportunities by employees, which means it will contribute to the growth of the efficiency of personnel and enterprises, the development of society and the economy as a whole,” said Zhanerke Egeubayeva, director of the Astana Hub corporate innovation and digital competencies office.

“Such courses are definitely needed. We received express knowledge on the basics of project management, lean Startup, we were shown successful cases on projects with technological solutions. The speakers also gave me motivation, now I know when to make a checkup and make sure I’m moving in the right direction or I need to pivot and try again,” shared the head of the Best Investment Consulting Center Ainur Zaurbekova.

*The courses were held as part of the implementation of the state task for the development of a startup ecosystem in the field of infocommunication technologies.
