The memorandum outlines intentions to create favorable conditions for the effective use of digital tools and service capabilities to benefit projects implemented within Astana Hub. This includes the development of mechanisms that facilitate simplified access to digital infrastructure resources, with the goal of accelerating the technological growth of the hub’s resident companies.
The agreement also envisions joint participation in industry-related events, expert support, and the adaptation of infrastructure solutions to meet the needs of tech teams. A key element of the collaboration will be the creation of professional networking platforms, knowledge exchange, and the showcasing of successful case studies.
“This collaboration presents an opportunity to build flexible support models for teams seeking reliable technology solutions. Working with Astana Hub enables us to better understand the needs of the tech community and to adjust our approaches to infrastructure, security, and services accordingly,” said Baktiyar Kuzembayev, Director of Kazteleport’s Astana branch.
This agreement aligns with a broader strategy of institutional consolidation aimed at improving the country’s digital infrastructure—not only from a technical perspective, but also in terms of increasing service accessibility for participants in the digital economy operating under Kazakhstan’s jurisdiction.
The MoU opens the door to deeper cooperation between digital industry players and infrastructure operators involved in supporting tech entrepreneurship. Both parties view this as a key step toward the coordinated development of a digital environment that supports sustainable growth and technological independence.
