The Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan launched the receipt of public services for foreign IT specialists on the principle of "one window"

For foreign IT-specialists, public services will now be provided on a one-stop basis on the basis of the AIFC Expat Center.

Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bagdat Musin and Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Marat Akhmetzhanov visited the AIFC Expat Center (ECC), where from today IT specialists arriving in Kazakhstan for a long time will be able to receive public services. Namely: obtaining an individual identification number (IIN), registration in the Mobile Citizens Database, issuing an electronic digital signature (EDS), registering a legal entity, opening a bank account, registering temporary residence, purchasing a Kazakhstani SIM card, etc.

“The development of the IT industry is one of the priorities of our ministry. There are specific instructions from the President - to develop effective measures to support domestic IT specialists and assist in attracting successful international IT companies. The provision of services on the principle of "one window" on the basis of the AIFC Expat Center is aimed precisely at this," said Bagdat Musin.

ECM employs employees of PSCs, second-tier banks, the migration service and other specialists. The advantage of ECM is in saving time, as the recipient of the services will be able to go through all the procedures in one place.

Thanks to registration in the Base of Mobile Citizens, a foreign IT specialist will be able to independently use the services of the e-Government portal and the eGov mobile application.

The full list of services provided in the ECM will be available on the astanahub.com platform.

Center working hours: from 9 am to 6 pm daily (except Saturday and Sunday), lunch from 1 pm to 2 pm Address: 55/18 Mangilik El avenue, pavilion C 3.3. Contact number: +7 7172 79 97 77.
