The primary mission of Aqmola IT Hub is to foster the creation and growth of IT startups, provide education for IT professionals, and support the IT community in the region. Various events, training sessions, and conferences will be held here, all focused on enhancing the skillset of local IT specialists and encouraging the development of innovative projects.

As part of the tech park's opening, the Tech Orda program has been launched. It offers funding for the training of individuals in order to prepare IT specialists. Over the next 6 months, 40 students aged 18 to 45 will receive training in programming with Python and Data Analytics at private IT schools, Kokshelab and Ozen.Vision. Each student will have the opportunity to receive a grant of up to 600,000 tenge, which can be used to cover the costs of education in accredited private schools for various IT specialties.

The Tech Orda program is aimed at nurturing human capital in the IT sector and represents a crucial step in creating a favorable environment for the growth of the IT industry in the region.

It's worth noting that this is the 10th regional IT hub established through the initiative of the State Corporation for the Development of Information Technology and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the support of Astana Hub and local executive bodies throughout the year. Currently, IT hubs are operational in various regions of Kazakhstan, including Abai IT Valley (Semey), Kyzylorda Hub (Kyzylorda), Digital Jetisu (Taldykorgan), Zhambyl Hub (Taraz), Oskemen IT Hub (Oskemen), Jaiq Hub (Uralsk), Turkistan IT Hub (Turkistan), Aqtobe IT Hub (Aktobe), and Qostanai IT Hub (Kostanay).
