The first study of the Top of mind IT market of Kazakhstan has been published

A Top of mind study was conducted among representatives of the IT community in Kazakhstan. When asked "Which IT companies in Kazakhstan do you know?", "Which IT companies in Kazakhstan would you like to work for?" The participants named the first brand that popped up in their memory. This is the 1st mention and is called top of mind.

The Kolesa Group has become the most recognizable and most attractive employer in Kazakhstan IT. The company became the first brand to be named by respondents from the IT market when asked "Which IT companies do you know in Kazakhstan?", "Which IT companies in Kazakhstan would you like to work for?".

Other companies: One Technologies, Jusan, DataArt, JSC "NIT", Kazakhtelecom, Halyk, Aviata.kz , 1Fit, Tele2, etc.

Thanks to this data, we found out which IT companies people from this field know. Now let's move on to a more revealing metric — which IT companies these same people would like to work for.

Other companies: Tele2, myCar, Freedom, Astana Hub, Jusan, DataArt, 1Fit, BTS Digital, Bank CenterCredit, Bereke Bank, etc.

Note: the "No answer" option was voted for by people who are satisfied with their current place of work and do not consider other companies.

To complete the picture, the researchers learned from the respondents the top 3 factors that guide them when choosing a job.

1. The most famous IT companies in the Kazakhstan market are the Kolesa Group (34%) and Kaspi.kz (20%).

2. Three decisive factors when choosing an employer: salary, company culture, reputation and brand awareness.
