On July 8, 2025, Datanomix Academy held a solemn online graduation of the Tech Orda 2024 course.

The Tech Orda program is a government initiative for the development of digital skills, providing citizens of Kazakhstan with the opportunity to study at the country's leading IT schools through grant support.

The course lasted 26 weeks and became a real digital transformation for each participant: they went from a basic level to a confident Qlik Sense Analyst. Not only knowledge has been gained, but also real skills that are in demand in business.  

60 new data analysts from 12 cities of Kazakhstan received certificates of completion of training. The average score of the final test was 26 out of 30.

Students learned how to create interactive dashboards, process data, implement best visualization practices, and, most importantly, think like analysts who can understand business needs.

• The curators' work rating is 4.93 out of 5
• 59 out of 60 graduates are ready to recommend the course to their friends
• Every third student is already applying Qlik Sense in practice

• Nursultan Serikbayev, Tansholpan Kereeva, Aida Akbaliyeva, and Anuar Omarov are absolute experts on the course.

I would especially like to note the practical saturation of the course — it is one of the most useful and applied programs that I have taken. This knowledge will definitely find its application in practice. Qlik Sense covers the entire range of tasks, from visualization to architectural solutions at the Data Mesh level. I plan to implement it in banking processes, including complex calculations in the field of risks and motivation.

Before the course, I worked with Python and predictive analytics, but I lacked a BI tool to visualize the data. Qlik Sense is the perfect solution: simple, flexible and understandable. You've come a long way. In addition to Qlik, you have learned how to analyze data, work with large arrays, accept and implement feedback. I hope this course was not only a step into BI for you, but also opened the door to the world of IT in general," said Anel Kydyrbekova
