Prior to studying at Datanomix Academy, Ismailova Moldir held the position of technical support specialist at TOO MFO Arnur Credit, where her main tasks were processing user requests for Qlik Sense, such as "non-updating report" or "incorrect data", and transmitting them to suppliers.

There was a lack of deep expertise in the system, which did not allow me to solve problems on my own and caused a feeling of stagnation in professional development," says Ismailova Moldir

Having started her training under the Tech Orda 2024 program with basic knowledge in Qlik Sense, she was already faced with the task of developing a financial report in the second module. This required solving issues of data transportation, managing duplicate keys, and setting up a running total—tasks she had not previously encountered.

I didn't know how to implement the calculations correctly. But she did not stop, she began to apply methods and look for solutions in training. I used the uploaded data, built formulas, and studied Set Analysis. The approach changed along with my knowledge," says Ismailova Moldir.

The Treasury no longer compares data manually.

Previously, employees had to check Excel files manually to see the dynamics of the indicators. Now everything accumulates in Qlik Sense.

✔️ Financial analytics has become a unified systemthe separate Excel files are a thing of the past. Financial data is now linked into a "star" type model, and a master calendar is connected. The report shows the dynamics by month, and it works correctly.

I've watched the webinar on creating a Master Calendar several times to get a better understanding - the topic is complex, but very important. I also really enjoyed the webinar on ABC analysis, I'm sure that it will definitely be useful to me in the future," says Ismailova Moldir

In recognition of her contribution to the automation and development of reporting in the company, Ismailova Maldir was awarded the award.
