The average salary in the industry in 2024 increased by 54% compared to the previous year and amounted to 673 thousand tenge, and the number of employees increased by 12%, reaching 187 thousand people [source]. To support the Kazakhstani IT market and help develop novice specialists, Kolesa Group launched the Kolesa Upgrade training project, a series of free and short video courses in popular areas.

What is Kolesa Upgrade?

A free educational initiative from market experts. One page contains short videos that are accompanied by useful materials.

Most recently, the final video on project and product management was released. Recommended literature and checklists are available for each lesson for self-review. All the material for the videos was prepared and narrated by Kolesa Group product managers. The course covers the topics of strategy building, discovery and delivery processes.The project plans to cover several more sought-after areas in 2025.
