As an active participant in the hub and the IT environment, I increasingly notice that interaction between participants can be even more effective. After all, any technological development is based not only on code and investments, but also on connections between people. I'm sharing my thoughts on which digital tools could strengthen our ecosystem.:

Automatic selection of participants based on interests, technologies, and tasks. For example: “I'm looking for an AI developer to join the team” or “I'm interested in exporting to MENA”.

Built-in forums in the following areas: legal, funding, product, AI. There is not enough space where you can ask a question and get an answer from the participants of the hub.

Term sheet, pitch-deck, grant application structure, NDA — all in one place, relevant and adapted to the Kazakh realities.

Public project cards: stage, goals, tracking. This would speed up the search for partners, investors, first clients, or mentors.

The format of technology “clubs" (AI, SaaS, EdTech) with regular internal meetings, sparring sessions, and hackathons.
