The tax authorities of Kazakhstan are preparing changes that will affect all operators of Internet platforms - marketplaces, bulletin boards and search services for performers.

It is planned to introduce a duty to transfer information about users' income, even if payments are made directly between the contractor and the client, outside the platform's cash register system.

In fact, we are talking about the introduction of a new stage of digital control. Data collection will be carried out not only on transactions recorded inside the platform, but also on transactions, information about which is available to the operator.

The state will have an array of data to analyze. At the same time, there is no guarantee that the conclusions based on it will correctly reflect the real picture of the activities of entrepreneurs. It is not clear how the SRC will interpret this information and take it into account in future work.
