The Monitoring Service strongly recommends that the participants of the technopark carefully monitor compliance with the priority activities established by the List.

Astana Hub has a monitoring service responsible for monitoring and analyzing the activity of participants. In addition to its main function of tracking the activities of residents, the service also conducts awareness-raising activities. 

Materials containing an analysis of cases in which inappropriate use of resources beyond the established List of priority activities has been identified are published monthly on the Technopark platform.

During regular monitoring, cases of income generation from consulting services and auditing in the field of information and communication technologies were recorded. According to paragraph 36 of Article 1 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Taxes and other mandatory payments to the Budget", consulting services include the provision of explanations, recommendations and advice, as well as identification and (or) assessment of problems and opportunities for solving managerial, economic, financial and investment tasks, including strategic planning, organization entrepreneurship and human resources management.

Despite the fact that these services relate to the field of information technology, they do not correspond to the List. This type of activity goes beyond the established priorities, which violates the conditions of participation in the technopark.
