Kolesa Group continues to share best practices with Kazakhstani IT companies. In 2024, we held a series of meetings to share experiences with five different players. 

"The development of the Kazakh IT market is important to us. We were one of the first companies in Kazakhstan to switch to digital back in the 2000s, so we know how important the support of industry experts is. This time, we exchanged experiences with the developer of the largest government services, National Information Technologies JSC, and highly appreciate their contribution to the digitalization of the country," Kolesa Group noted. 

Instead of boring theories and dry figures, there are practical cases and time—tested tools that are used internally. For example, we talked about the implementation of CI/CD, which allowed the company to reduce the time to release updates by half, and the use of Kubernetes ensured the stability of the platform for millions of users.

In 2024, Kolesa Group organized 8 external meetings in various areas, as well as a large-scale event for students, which gathered more than 800 participants. The company's specialists share their experience in building a product approach, technology implementation practices, and effective management.

Such an exchange of experience strengthens professional ties and contributes to the development of the IT market in Kazakhstan, creating conditions for the emergence of innovative solutions.
