Docrobot, an international developer of SaaS services for retail and an operator of electronic document management, has launched the exchange of unstructured legally significant electronic documents for a premium Kazakh supermarket chain Galmart.  

Documents can be sent in convenient formats such as PDF, JPG, DOC, or XLS. By signing them with a qualified electronic signature, you give them the same legal force as the paper originals.

With the transition to electronic document management through the Docrobot platform, the Galmart trading network has significantly simplified and accelerated work with accounting documents. Every month Galmart draws up more than 1000 reconciliation reports and certificates of completed work, cooperating with more than 500 suppliers. If earlier it took 120 hours and over 1,000,000 tenge each month to print, deliver and process manually more than 1,000 reconciliation reports and completed works, now these documents are generated in electronic formats, signed with a qualified electronic signature and comply with the requirements of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About an electronic document and an electronic digital signature." Thanks to this , costs have been reduced by almost four times.

Initially Galmart executed the acts in its 1C accounting system and sent them by e -mail or printed them on paper, then handing them over to the contractors together with the courier. The switch to USEDI not only saved resources, but also saved Galmart from having to manually sign each document and send them by couriers.

Now it takes no more than a few minutes to form, sign and send reconciliation reports and certificates of completed work . Documents are sent to suppliers automatically on the 10th of each month, and the network can easily track the status of documents and make adjustments if necessary. At the same time, Galmart continues to work in its usual accounting system. 

In the near future, Galmart plans to digitize shipping invoices, return invoices and commercial documents: contracts, additional and marketing and bonus agreements. In the future, it will completely abandon paper and exchange documents only in electronic form.
