On October 14, the Aqtobe Hub hosted the qualifying round of the Beginit project aimed at developing leadership and social skills among 10th grade students. More than 100 students took part, demonstrating their ideas and commitment to creating positive changes in society through social projects. Before that, our team visited schools in the city, making presentations and explaining to students how they can become part of this unique project.

During the qualifying round, the participants not only passed various tests testing their leadership qualities, ability to work in a team and solve problems under stress, but also showed their aspirations and willingness to take active action. These tests helped to identify the most prepared and motivated students who will continue to fight for the finals.

The Beginit project provides valuable opportunities for participants, from training grants to computers to implement their ideas. The finalists will travel to Almaty, where they will be able to develop their projects with even more support.
