The conference was attended by the head of the digitalization department of the city of Shymkent - Kemelov Mukhit and the director of the regional development office of Astana Hub - Aida Dusova.

An exhibition of local startup projects and IT companies was also organized, where participants clearly demonstrated their products for visitors and local media, which made it possible to see a wide range of innovative solutions that are being developed in the city of Shymkent.

The event featured speakers representing local startup projects:

1. Tolem Taxi - the project offers taxi aggregator services, cargo transportation, food and grocery delivery, as well as a mobile application for services;
2. KaspiNet - the project is developing a GPS monitoring system that allows you to track your current location, view detailed travel history, create rules for notifications about important events;
3. Alaqan is a new solution in the field of biometric personal identification using the pattern of palm veins. A special sensor scans your palms, after which you can only use your hand to go through the access control system and even pay in the store;
4. IT Step Shymkent is a private IT school specializing in information technology training. The school provides a variety of courses and programs in programming, web development, data analytics, cybersecurity and other IT areas;

An intellectual game on information technology was held for active youth of the city, where the winners won prizes from Astana Hub.
