On June 10, 2024, Oskemen Hub hosted two events for the IT community of the East Kazakhstan region: Speaker Talks and Workshops organized by the Beeline team. The theme of the event "The product approach in IT and beyond" attracted more than 40 young professionals who want to deepen their knowledge in information technology.

Speaker Talks was opened by Januzakova Saltanat, Director of IT Products at Beeline. She shared her experience of implementing a product approach in IT, highlighting the key aspects of successful creation of IT products. Saltanat stressed the importance of understanding user needs, flexibility in development and the ability to quickly adapt to changes in the market. Her performance aroused great interest and many questions from the participants.

After Speaker Talks, a Workshop was held under the leadership of Agile coaches Tatiana Ten and Oksana Yakusheva. The participants immersed themselves in the practical aspects of Agile methodologies in IT and other fields. They learned about the principles and practices of Agile, mastered working in teams aimed at quick results, and learned how to apply techniques in real projects. Tatiana and Oksana shared her case studies and best practices, demonstrating how to organize the workflow to achieve maximum efficiency, with an emphasis on communication within the team and involving all participants in the decision-making process.

The event was an important step in the development The IT community in Ust-Kamenogorsk, having received recognition from the participants for the high level of organization and relevance of the information provided. All those present received valuable knowledge and skills that they can directly apply in their professional activities.
